Our Services

Change Amplifiers Research and Consult can support all phases of program development and evaluation.

Community Needs Assessment:
Seek input directly from the community on their challenges, needs, and potential solutions. This can include interviews, focus groups, surveys, and participant observation.

Program Design:
Based on the community's needs and the outcome it hopes to see, a Theory of Change that outlines the outcomes, services, and activities should be developed. From the Theory of Change, a holistic program design can be created. Oftentimes, the program should be co-designed with people directly from the community. Part of the program design is creating an evaluation plan.

Funding:
Once the program has been designed, funding must be secured. This may include writing grant proposals or seeking major gift donations.

Program Implementation:
Upon securing funding, program implementation can occur. This includes potentially hiring, onboarding, and training staff.

Evaluation:
Evaluations are a crucial part of any program. Without holistic evaluations, there is no way to know if the intervention has the intended impact. Evaluations can include collecting data dealing with numbers or words (quantitative or qualitative). This may consist of calculating the percentage of people who complete the program, the percentage of people who achieve the outcome, and the perceptions of the people participating in the program on the impact they think the program has had on their lives, for example.
