Analyzes human resources data to identify gaps and disparities in human resources practices to ensure equitable opportunities across all demographic lines.
Capacity building and training
Learn how to develop outcome measures, evaluate those outcomes, and plan for the future.
Research and Evaluation
Determine the effectiveness of a current program or identify gaps to design a new program. These programs can be internal to your organization or external to clients and customers. Research and evaluation include designing a research methodology, collecting the data, analyzing the data, and presenting the results.
